In order to assess potential environmental issues concerning the property, we at Liesch provide environmental site assessments for organizations and individuals involved in property transactions. We prepare Environmental Site Assessments that meet or exceed the ASTM Standard Practice E-1527, providing the necessary diligence and disclosure required for property transactions. The properties we assess range in size and type from small residential lots to commercial and industrial facilities comprised of several hundred acres.
