Renovation and demolition projects often raise issues regarding asbestos- containing materials (ACM), lead-based paint (LBP), Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs), Ozone Depleting Chemicals (ODCs), oil containing devices, mercury switches, fluorescent bulbs, hazardous materials, underground and aboveground storage tanks, water wells, and impacted soil and groundwater. These issues must be addressed often before your project begins. BUILDING INSPECTIONS

Prior to building renovation or demolition, affected areas must be inspected for the presence or absence of ACMs, LBP, PCBs, ODCs and other hazardous materials that may be disturbed. Each survey is tailored to meet the needs of your organization and the project.

TURNKEY SERVICES

We provide turnkey services for decommissioning of buildings with regard to environmental concerns. We will manage the bidding process and provide general oversight throughout the decommissioning process. We offer a comprehensive lab-packing service for materials that are considered a special or hazardous waste; consisting of identification, over-packing and disposal at a licensed waste facility.

Our licensed personnel have extensive experience providing oversight, project documentation, and air monitoring throughout renovation/demolition projects.
