At Liesch, we have over 15 years experience in solid waste facility permitting, investigation, remediation, design, construction, and closure/post-closure care and monitoring. We assist clients in complying with federal regulation Subtitle D and state regulations for solid waste facility development, having consulted on more than 40 landfills under Subtitle D and/or state requirements. We also work with clients on transfer station permitting, design and operations.
SITE INVESTIGATIONS AND REMEDIATION
Our staff at Liesch conducts hydrogeologic investigations for municipal and private landfills. Whether we are completing a hydrogeologic investigation of a proposed new landfill site or investigation and design of remedial actions to address leachate or landfill gas contamination from older unlined fill areas, we bring our cost conscious experience to the project. We are also well versed in state and federal superfund regulations and we have completed remedial investigations, feasibility studies, and remedial actions at state and federal superfund sites.

Our engineers have significant experience in developing solid waste facility designs and will develop plans to meet both the business needs of the client and the regulatory obligations imposed by current rules and regulations.
