Bret is a Project Manager and industrial hygiene professional with over 22 years of experience. As a Project Manager and Manager of Liesch's Wisconsin office, Bret's overall responsibilities include serving as a liasion between clients, contractors and regulatory agencies, and business development.

Bret assits clients with demolition and pre-demolition services relating to asbestos management, special/hazardous waste, and lead assessments. Bret also represents clients needing management services in specification development, regulatory oversight of turnkey operations, industrial hygiene, and helath and safety services. Additionally, he conducts indoor-air quality assessments and moisture management plans or assessments. Bret regularly assists clients with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) compliance by providing written program development, job hazard analysis and exposure monitoring. He also offers training and educational services to clients seeking OSHA compliance or those who would like to reduce accidents and injury rates in the work place.

Bret attained his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls. He has continued his education in industrial hygiene and environmental health and safety through coursework offered by the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA), the Midwest Center for Occupational Health and Safety and the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee Center for Continuing Engineering Education. He is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) in addition to being licensed as an asbestos inspector, asbestos management planner, asbestos contractor/supervisor, asbestos project designer and lead risk assessor in multiple states.

Bret currently serves on the advisory board of the Milwaukee Wisconsin Chapter of the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA).
